Over the years, I’ve watched with delight as many of my favorite bloggers have been ranked in a variety of lists. I love these lists, perhaps for the same reason I love office supplies and The Container Store. They’re just neat. And even though I’d never been listed on any of them, whatever, I’ve never been a lot of things…like a lifeguard, or an artist, or a princess ballerina zombie. I guess because I’ve been in PR before, I get what these lists are. I also see them as fun ways to discover new things. Like a Cosmo quiz.
All that to say, I was really thrilled to be named on the Top 50 Mom Blogs of 2010. For Design. Design!!!!!!!! That’s basically my favorite thing ever. And to even be on the list, WOW… But to be on the top of that design list?!!!! Yeah, basically, I just died. (And therefore, I guess I can no longer say that I’ve not done the zombie thing. Because I spent all day yesterday in a zombie-like state….shocked to be on the list with a lot of my favorite bloggers.)
You should also know, I think it was a total mistake. But I’ll take it. Princess Ballerina Zombies For The Win!
