Even though I’m 40, I still think in school years. And today is the official start.
Of course we began short get-used-to-school days two weeks ago, but Harry starts full days of Kindergarten today…and so he woke up at 5:30 a.m., ready to go. I’m ready to go too. Ready to get to work.
So today, I’m starting Karen’s Path Finder class. And it couldn’t have come at a better time.
I’m ready for this year to begin.
I remember when I was 40. The Raptors kept us on our toes.
We started our year with vacation – the week of Labor Day is one of my slowest times at work. It’s our current perfect.
I still feel like I am tricking someone (the Establishment, perhaps) when I am not in school.
I would like to take that class next time it comes around…love her blog too.
