In the midst of this summer of dumb drought, I’m thinking of learning more about xeriscaping, which is basically a landscape design that minimizes water use…which is good when you’re only legallys allowed to use water on Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. It’s impossible to grow anything with that little water and this heat. I’ve given up. Xeriscaping, you’re my only hope.
