My husband isn’t happy with his food unless it comes with some kind of heat advisory. Spicy. Super spicy. With a little more Big Daddy’s Assburn Hot Sauce just for good measure. So I created these just for him.
1/3 cup chunky hot salsa drained
(I used Archer Farms Habanero Lime taco sauce)
2 teaspoons Cholula sauce
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 teaspoons sour cream
2 teaspoons chopped pickled jalapenos
Salt and black pepper
Crushed tortilla chips
Combine the mashed yolks, salsa, Chulula, onion, garlic powder, sour cream and jalapenos. Season with salt and pepper. Fill the egg whites with the stuff. Garnish each egg with crushed tortilla chips.
