		<description>My Italian MIL mentioned that she&#039;d make cornbread dressing is only she knew how to make cornbread. I looked up and responded &quot;Duh. Jiffy in a box.&quot; Well, ok I didn&#039;t say duh. But it was implied.

She looked at me like I had sprouted horns right there at the Thanksgiving table. And was eating a kitten.

Anyway, my mom&#039;s cornbread dressing (almost the same recipe as yours) wins, hands down every day of the week. Plus hers has kittens. Yum.</description>
