Summer: Day 35. Playing.

It’s 104 outside today. I’ve forgotten what it feels like to breathe. And after weeks of travel and fun and camping andandandandand, we’re staying inside today. And playing. There’s something fantastic about little hands…especially little hands that just found their Uncle David’s Star Wars figures from the late 70s. Awesome. It’s a good day.

Summer: Day 33. First Day of Camping

Yesterday, Harry finished Camp and today we’re going Camping for the first time ever. Right here on the banks of this lake. Also, today marks the 30th day in a row that we’ve had temperatures over 100. So you do the math. Camping + 105 degree weather = Love. We are idiots.
