Real Moms Sleep with Two Men

The other day, Amy Jo of Cheese Party fame tagged me for this great tag game that's sweeping the nation. Kristen started it. (BTW, Kristen, I think you should turn this into a book. And when you do, go ahead and feel free to send me a signed copy. Mmkay? Thanks.) And it goes a little something like this...

Real Moms Sometimes Sleep with Two Men.
And the real moms love this sleeping.
They so love the naps.
No matter where they are taken.

Or how they are taken.Real moms love the sleeping.

And yes. These photos were taken long long ago.
Because currently...
There is no sleeping.

On another note...
Real Mom's Also Put Eyeliner on Their Five Week Olds. But that's another entry entirely.

Switching gears a bit, I was initially going to write about this facet of motherhood, but then it was covered in such a lovely way by Crib Chronicles. I think her version is completely beautiful and sums it up well.

Check out some of the other real life mom truths.

Oh, yeah, and I'm supposed to tag...so Jenny, Kim, Laurie, Gabrielle, Compulsive Writer, Bek, Robyn, and anyone else who wants to play. Go. You're it. Get real.

Love those sleepy pictures!

If Q still loves brooms as much as he does now, he can be Harry Potter next Halloween and play Quidditch to his heart's content.

Re: the buckethead picture - we could so be in the same playgroup!

So freaking cute.

Also, it's good to know that I can now sleep with two men since I'm a mom. This is totally going to work out.

I was getting all misty and sappy looking at the sleep babes, and then I almost spit out my coffee when I got to the eyeliner! Thanks!

I am not sure what the premise is, but anything that gives me pictures of the baby 'Cane is okay by me! Sigh. What a sweet baby he was! And he is still a cutie!

Oh that's classic! Adorable and funny. Except the eyeliner which is a little creepy, but at least you didn't white face the kid and make it mime-like. Shudder.

(Sorry had to delete...spelled mime as mome which was a bizarre freudian slip I guess.)

I can't sleep with two men now. My son is 13 and bigger than his father. There's no room.

Ahh, sleep. I remember that. I am going to do this one tonight...

Your little man is so cute. I'm with you on the sleep... right now...none. AND... my daughter has the SAME potty. She won't pee on it if the music is on... if it is she's terrified at the noise coming out of where her naked bum is sitting. (ok...yeah...i sometimes leave it on on purpose... it's too funny.)
